What is Whey Protein Isolate by Cross-Flow Ultrafiltration and Microfiltration?
Whey Protein Isolate is treated with special systems to remove larger amounts of fat and lactose. They have by definition an average protein content of 90%, but protein density can vary from as low as 86-88% or higher.
Microfiltration is the most expensive of the processes used to isolate whey protein supplements, and it is also the one that most preserves the integrity and presence of the bio-active protein fractions, which determine the quality of the protein itself. The proteins thus microfiltered are 99% undenatured and retain all the important bio-active peptide fractions of undenatured whey.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of chilled water. Using shaker, shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Consume immediately post workout or any other time of the day.
